Die eMannschaft

Finally, a World Cup again! But this time with flying cars and rocket boosts. Sounds fun? It is! In 2024, the FIFAe World Cup took place in Rocket League for the very first time—and we got to be part of it. We didn’t play directly, of course, but on behalf of the DFB we got to crown Germany’s first-ever Rocket League national team. 

For that, we hosted a qualifying tournament where the best German Rocket League teams battled it out. The winning team — proudly called the “eMannschaft”, in homage to its real-life counterpart — now officially represents Germany at the World Cup, competing for a total prize pool of 300,000 USD.
